Yeah, try making a swan neck with homemade modeling chocolate and rice krispy treats. You will cut yourself afterwards. Then when your lovely spouse comes up, right as the cake is finally acceptable, and grabs the head to look at it, leaving a big dent in the top....lets just stop writing here.
